1. Returns & Exchanges
- Due to hygiene and safety standards, we can only accept returns on unopened, unused skincare products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
- Opened or used products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with your order number and photos.
- We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
3. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards, promotional items, and final sale products are non-refundable.
